The terms that apply when you browse, purchase, or communicate with FADÉA Jewelry.
Orders and availability
An order is accepted after payment is verified and stock is confirmed. If a piece becomes unavailable before confirmation, we will cancel the affected item and arrange a refund.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira. Secure card and bank payments are processed by Paystack. Delivery costs are shown before payment.
Product character
Natural pearls and handmade finishes may show small variations. Screen settings can also affect perceived color. These differences are part of the material character and are not defects.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. FADÉA is not responsible for indirect loss arising from misuse, incorrect care, or events outside reasonable control.
