Information we collect
We collect information you provide during checkout, order tracking, and client care conversations. This can include contact, delivery, order, and payment-reference information. Card data is handled by our payment provider and is not stored by FADÉA.
How we use information
We use information to fulfill orders, confirm payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the store.
Newsletter updates
If you subscribe, we store your email address, signup source, subscription status, and consent time in Firebase to manage requested FADÉA updates. You can opt out by contacting us through the client care form. Saved pieces are kept in your browser on this device, not in a customer account.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@fadea.ng. Some order information may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Security and service providers
We limit access to operational needs and use trusted providers for hosting, database, storage, payments, delivery, and transactional email. Each provider processes only the information needed for its service.
